Referral Marketing Disclosure

Last updated: October 2026

You should know how Incbelieves Tree Service works and how it gets paid. This disclosure lays out our role. It is a general template, not legal advice.

What Incbelieves Tree Service Is

Providers do the work. Incbelieves Tree Service is a referral and marketing service that connects homeowners with independent tree removal providers. We do not perform tree removal, emergency or storm tree work, stump grinding, trimming or any other tree service.

When you phone the number on this site or submit a form, your call or request may be routed to an independent provider, or to a marketing partner that works with providers in your area.

How We Get Paid

Providers or marketing partners may compensate Incbelieves Tree Service for calls, form submissions or other referrals we send them. Payment can depend on factors such as call length or whether the call is answered. We may be paid even if you never hire the provider.

This compensation does not change what a provider charges you. You pay the provider directly for work you agree to, at prices the provider sets.

Providers Are Independent

Providers are separate businesses. They are not employees, agents or partners of Incbelieves Tree Service. Each one is solely responsible for:

• Its quotes, pricing and terms
• The quality, safety and timing of its work
• Its licenses, insurance and certifications
• How it communicates and behaves with you

A connection to a provider is not an endorsement of their work. Because of how we are compensated, the provider you reach may depend on which providers are in our network at that moment.

Compare, Then Decide

You are never obligated to hire a provider we connect you with. Ask questions, check insurance, request a written quote, and compare other quotes before you choose.

Call Recording

Calls made through this site may be tracked and, in some cases, recorded for quality, verification and billing purposes.
